Pros
Benefits are good regardless part time or full time Their pay structures are very clearly stated and placed in the stores to help individuals reach their needed goals.
Cons
Managers underpay you. They try to give you an unfair offer compare to what others are making in the same role. There's no minimum start for management roles. So a part time sales can make $25 an hour (mind you part time employee could come in later than you and ask for a hire pay) and as managers you can make $16 an hour.
