- Great teamwork emphasis - Strong family bond between team member from all sectors - Fun activities arranged all the time to motivate staffs - Intense training for fast career progression - Quite ok incentives and salary benefits although could be better. - Many areas to explore and learn from as members are expected to be supportive including managers
