Willing to train from zero. Work with a small team of no more than 6 coworkers. A sense of community and a fairly relaxed work environment. The projects can be really cool, but repetitive.

Corporate doesn’t care about you no matter how long you work there. Will pay you the least they possibly can. Actively discouraged employees from taking breaks except for lunch. Will never give you a 5 on performance review even if you’re a perfect employee because “there’s always room for improvement”, which just leads to burn out and a lack of motivation.
