Pros

One of the best things about working at TAP CXM is the genuinely supportive team environment, colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The culture feels positive and inclusive, where people are treated with respect and there’s a strong sense of teamwork. There’s also a clear focus on career growth, with opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and develop professionally. Management is encouraging when it comes to trying new things and building skills, which makes it easier to grow within the company. Overall, it’s a motivating workplace that values its people and creates good opportunities for both personal and professional development.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, some processes are still being streamlined. Career progression is there, though it may take time and depend on project opportunities. That said, these are fairly typical for a growing organisation, and the supportive environment helps balance things out.

Pros

I've been at Tap for a couple of years now and really like it. They are growing quickly, and experience has taught me that working in a growing company is much more pleasant. And the growth is still possible for many years to come as it is still relatively small and has a lot of talented people. I joined from a much bigger company and have really valued the freedom and autonomy I get at Tap. I feel I am listened to and respected and people want to work together to do the best for Tap and their clients. Generally client reviews are always positive of the work we do, and we retain a lot of them as they like working with us. There are lots of lovely people. When you go into the office its pretty chilled and people are happy to have a laugh. As it grows it is harder to know who everyone is as so many new people are joining, but there are still solid social groups that keep things feeling personal.

Cons

Growing quickly can mean sometimes mean that people are a bit stretched as hiring takes longer than winning new work
