I've been at Tap for a couple of years now and really like it. They are growing quickly, and experience has taught me that working in a growing company is much more pleasant. When you go into the office its pretty chilled and people are happy to have a laugh. As it grows it is harder to know who everyone is as so many new people are joining, but there are still solid social groups that keep things feeling personal.
