Pros

A few managers stand out as hardworking and genuinely dedicated, though they are stretched far too thin. The pay is competitive, and the steady flow of customers provides consistency. The company has strong potential if managed correctly.

Cons

Unprofessional and unethical behavior from management is a serious issue. Favoritism is widespread, and several managers engage in inappropriate relationships with staff, creating a toxic and unfair culture. During busy shifts, some managers are disengaged, spending time on personal activities such as online betting or sleeping in the office, while the workload falls entirely on the reliable employees. Staff who attempt to “hold each other accountable” often do so by threatening or disrespecting coworkers, and management consistently ignores these situations rather than addressing them. As a result, strong FOH and BOH employees are pushed to the point of burnout, only to face unfair write-ups or termination due to poor management decisions. While the company has significant potential, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from leadership prevents it from being a healthy or sustainable workplace.
