Pros
Pay is decent and benefits are good but you pay for them in stress and overtime
Cons
Constant changes in direction = no direction. Regularly work overtime, no work-life balance because of unrealistic expectations and timelines. Management berates employees if they don’t like something overal terrible work culture.
