      Nice ambient, young people, modern technologies, quite good salary.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, lack of a corporate structural growth plan, lack of individual growth plan, both economical and professional. The CEO decides everything, even the landing page design. Lack of levels' responsabilites and hierarchy, due to an eccentric and humoral management
