- great people - great product - wear lots of hats - collaborative

- disorganized and behind schedule - lack of direction, decision makers

Likeminded and fun coworkers. Small company producing things with care, by hand. I don't have enough positives to reach the minimum word requirement.

Extremely low pay along with sexist environment. Management tries to compensate low pay by annual camp trip and sporadic beer Fridays. Cool factor fades fast when you realize there is little room for growth.
