      Your coworkers will be the best part of the company. The environment and office are beautiful and unique, considering the job. Flexible hours as outside sales

      Cons

      Large sales goals with little payout, no work life balance, no training. The company does a great job selling themselves to you, the second you are part of the "family" you see how unhappy everyone is.

      Great workplace culture and aesthetically nice office(s). Company places a lot of emphasis on the investment of their process, employees and trainings. Fun company events.

      Cons

      Worklife balance can be difficult to sustain. Can be high stress depending on the workload or lack of projects to fill your sales funnel. Need to be hungry and willing to make work your life.
