TangoSource has a great company culture, which reflects in everything they do. They really care about every team member and encourage open communication and trust to build strong relationships between members and partners. As some of their values state, they embrace learning through constructive failure and empower everyone to continuously grow and develop their skills, in a healthy and supportive environment.
Cons
There's a lot of growth opportunity in the Design Department, but as someone already said, not a clear career path.
