Pros
Amazing teammates, including the boss. Everyone works together as one for a common goal (which is successful project delivery). Lots of trust and exposure given. The boss is a strong proponent of open discussions which allows creativity to be exercised.
Cons
It's a small company, hence less suitable for people who are looking to rise up the corporate ladder.
