      Great people and a very strong culture of high quality work. They seem to care a lot about their employees

      Cons

      They have grown a lot in 2024, so most teams are very busy. Some of the growth is global too so the business is becoming less UK centric.

      Management is bad and does not respect employees. There is no boundaries.
