Biggest cons were how badly HR treats and gaslights Artists, and of course the bad time management, which leads many many months of Crunch time and soul crushing amounts of work. Every new project, the artists think that maybe they learned their lesson from the last production.. but the bad time management strikes again.. and the Artists have to suffer for it.
