Pros
Been here for about a year. Cool projects, pretty much everyone has been great to work with on a personal level. Supervisors very receptive to make sure you are working in the specific areas that interest you and can help you grow. If you show initiative to learn more advanced techniques or present ideas to improve workflow it will definitely be noticed.
Cons
Would be useful if there were more seniors and lead artists to help the delivery of more complicated assets go a lot more smoothly. The ratio of juniors to seniors is pretty big so it seems like a lot of the more experienced artists are pretty overworked in comparison. Usually the overtime policy is pretty good but sometimes when assignments turn out to be more complex than anticipated (commonly due to miscommunication across departments) it can lead to unofficial overtime being required to meet deadlines. Also more office-wide social events would be nice especially as a way to meet all the new people getting hired.
