Pros

You feel important. This in of itself is the biggest pro for me working at a small company. Your roles are defined, dynamic, and rewarding. You play an integral role and feel as though YOU are making a difference to the overall betterment of the company. The CEO makes direction clear and attainable while pushing you to try your hardest. Management is excellent at retaining core values of the company and offers incentives in quirky and fun ways to keep morale at a high. Management encourages and nurtures individuality and recognizes those who step up to the plate. Coworkers and office culture is second to none, with everyone feeling like a friend or a long time neighbor. Very little in the way of office politics and problems that can't be worked out. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Office wide events are held often. With all of these wrapped into one, this has made for the best company I've ever been privileged to work for.

Cons

There are very few that I can think of that would even merit labeling as a "con". The only might be the balance of work/life come Christmas time as things get very busy but that is what is to be expected of any retail job (online or not). A lot of work goes into Q4 but you are rewarded handsomely for your efforts.

Pros

They took me in and taught me tons of new skills, and enhanced my current skills. Worked on some exciting projects and was able to experiment on new things. I will always be grateful to Tanga for this.

Cons

Bad management that costed the whole company.

Pros

Lots of cool people work there and the atmosphere is light and fun. The higher ups seem to have a great vision for the company and they make sure to communicate what is happening and what goals the company has. Whenever we hit our goals, they throw a company party and reward employees with regular giveaways, and acknowledge hard workers. Free sodas in the fridge; kinda cool. Be ready to earn the "perks" though. Company is growing super fast with no end in sight and there is a ton of work to do. I've never worked harder. Management likes to promote from within. I've worked here for a bit over a year and the company has doubled in size and I've seen many people get promoted. If you work hard, you'll be noticed

Cons

Not sure if this is a con, but I wasn't kidding about the hard work. If you're looking to loaf around and collect a check, first off you probably won't be hired, but if you somehow make the cut, you won't last. Like I mentioned, I've never worked harder. Everyone around here wears multiple hats and contributes where they can. I find it challenging, but you're expected to contribute. You won't find the "corporate cubicle/punch-a-time-clock" attitude here
