You learn a lot, you get to build great relationships. Learning an amazing craft and problem solving.

Terrible pay for you and the employees, changing rules and parameters with lack of communication on a weekly/monthly basis, terrible support when a store is in need of help, no one in the upper management actually knows how to do leather work.
