Pros
They do have incredible insurance benefits, as well as progressive 401k programs and very cost effective life insurance and cancer insurance programs.
Cons
There is absolutely NO management skill displayed at any level. Absolutely NO communication between hourly employees and management at all other than if you don't like it you can quit. The good old boy system is all there is to this company. More than 50 % of product is off quality. would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
