Pros

Co-workers and maintenance team are all usually super nice, fantastic medical package. Only work here if you're looking for leasing experience for your resume.

Cons

Where do I begin? Very toxic work culture. You will not feel safe with your job. I have seen first hand multiple people getting fired because management didn't like them, with even the COO of the company publicly shaming a colleague to get them to quit. Tandem will not train you because the turnaround is so high, and they will get mad at you for not knowing how to do your job. Don't bother asking questions either, cause they will shame you for not knowing what they didn't teach you. There's no HR department either, so any complaints you have will either go unnoticed or will be used against you by upper management. You WILL be overworked 24/7 and not given any tasks or guidance except to make more sales. The company owners are basically slumlords who don't care about the residents. The culture at this company almost feels culty, so unless you drink the Kool-Aid I would highly recommend looking for another job anywhere else

Pros

100% medical benefits paid, they care about your education and pay for monthly Udemy courses, they give you all the tools you need to be successful and treat you like you’re important.

Cons

The only downside is there’s not a lot of flexibility for schedules.

Pros

Compensation is decent. Coworkers were all very helpful and nice. Good way to get your foot in the door when transitioning to a new position.

Cons

Manager retaliates by firing employees as soon as they suspect you catching on to the illegal, schematics this company practices for financial gains, to ensure that employee won’t raise concerns. They do not follow fair housing laws, they discriminate and deny certain applicants based on certain demographics when they otherwise qualify. The turnover rate for both employees and tenants is a perfect example of how this company operates. Several staff members (coworkers) mentioned how burnt out they were and overwhelmed they were due to the unfair amount of work they are expected to complete every day, yet management refuses to hire additional help. All they care about is money.
