It's not mentally taxing It's easy to understand your position Most of the people are nice to deal with

Lack of management communication Lack of coordination between operators Lack of coordination between management Inability to go through with things that were promised Hiring of incompetent people. Expected to do things far outside of the scope of your position (Above your pay grade). Nonexistent care of the well being of employees. No hazard pay. Hard to advance.

Very easy money, depending on what department you work in.

Positions can be very difficult to understand at times. Most of all the machines are hand built by the company, otherwise bought old and used. They all need frequent maintenance almost all the time. As for a machine I'm working with, if the settings get erased, they don't have back ups. Supervisors don't know how to run the positions in case an employee is gone. The environment is terrible and lots of safety hazards. Overall, It's an okay place. Just needs a lot of improvement.
