Pros
Health benefits, and the certain allowances for sales reps
Cons
President can't be trusted...very two faced. You can be excelling personally but won't get compensated due to the failures of the team around you. To get the job done correctly you often have to pick up the slack of your coworkers. Their technology is lacking, and they won't invest in their people. The hours are long, expectations are high, and you will be micro-managed. PTO is non-existent, you need to be away from the office you better have a doctor's note. There is no trust, and management is very tight with business expenses. You won't work with a very experienced team because most people don't last more than 6 months. I personally saw almost every position turn from entry level employees to upper management. I feel my time at Tandem Logistics was a blemish for my career development, and regret taking the position. I was cheated out of commissions by this company. The worst experience I've ever had from an employer. Don't even think about working here unless you are absolutely desperate for a job, and like being lied to.
