Pros

Benefits, downtown Houston, hardworking people for the most part, big office parties

Cons

-Little room for growth unless you are in upper management's circle. This isn't the place to grow your career. It's a stepping stone. -Lack of cross-functional communication and a general lack of transparency -Very top down management with most priorities and directives coming from higher up leaders than those closer to operations. Reactive not proactive culture. -Company is underperforming. -Leaders preach a "healing, loving, family" culture but embody the exact opposite. Putting up life-sized wall decals spelling out those words in the office doesn't change the toxic culture.

Pros

Tunnel access in downtown. Other than that, we had a few to begin with, and they were all taken away.

I couldn’t give zero stars, or i would have! There is a complete lack of business leaders running the business. It was public knowledge that we were not paying the bills. Who would ever want to continue doing business with an organization like that? Upper management will look you in the eyes, and tell you flat out lies. So much for one of your ‘so called’ core values of integrity. When an employee’s Manager does not acknowledge they exist for days on end, there is something wrong. When that same manager does not give feedback and keeps emails unread for not days, MONTHS, there is something wrong. When that same manager decides not show up to work, and the team is not told, there is something wrong. When upper management does not see a problem with this, there is an even bigger problem. Hence why the organization is circling the drain. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother.
