- Kind enough people. - Solid enough pay. - Comfortable, remote work.

- No annual bonuses. - No severance. - Management says one thing, but does another. - Lots of us were laid off in waves <4 months after being hired (due to a "lack of work" and "completely unrelated to performance") despite being repeatedly reassured by management that there was plenty of work to go around and that we'd all still have jobs after the current project slowed down and to not worry.
