I learned alot during my time in Tamanna. One of the main reasons was our CEO he let us learn and try new things, and everyone got to do what they were good at. He's super passionate and works hard every day. He pushes us to do our best and keeps us excited about our work. Some people who don't work hard might not get him, but for those who do, he's inspiring. Our CEO is all about learning and exploring. He gives us space to grow. This helps us get better at our jobs and makes the company more successful. What's great is how passionate and driven he is. Every day, he's full of energy and gets us pumped up. Whether he's giving a pep talk or working alongside us, he leads by example. He's always pushing us to do better and sets clear goals for us to reach. Even when things get tough. He understands that everyone has different strengths and gives us chances to shine. Moreover, I had the privilege of working with amazing colleagues who taught me a lot and helped me grow. The collaborative atmosphere fostered by our CEO encouraged knowledge-sharing and mutual support, creating an environment conducive to personal and professional development. I'm really thankful to have had the chance to work under his leadership. He's made a big impact on me and the whole team.
