      Pros

      Working for Talus Pay was overall a great experience! I will always appreciate the time and efforts they spent getting their Solutions Consultants prepared for the field. They have great Regional Sales Leaders who train you and push you to be your very best. As a Solutions Consultant you get to create your own schedule which allows time to reach as many businesses and opportunities as possible. I enjoyed "being my own boss".

      Cons

      It is a competitive work environment that you must be prepared for. It is fast paced and always keeps you on your feet. It is a high commission/residual based position so you really have to dig your heels in when you first start.
