Pros
You get paid on time and get sent to Glendale for classes on your own time. Work/life balance works out because they're incapable of running a prominent company. You feel like the smartest person in the shop because you're surrounded by idiots. Owners are like watching apes with power tools.
Cons
Where do I begin? They ask you pay for the classes they require you to take, have bad work passed, managers fail to fulfill their verbal agreements and continue to expect satisfactory workers. Greedy is an understatement. HR department is a complete joke. Had to consult with a labor lawyer on a few occasions. If you want to know exactly how not to run a company...this is the place!! During COVID, HR refused to acknowledge SB 95 until I sent them a copy. It's FAMILY owned--read between the lines.
