      Pros

      - some genuinely lovely people you’d be delighted to befriend - Berlin office drinks and snacks - remote first policy and remote work arrangements

      Cons

      - politics like you’ve never seen before - favoritism - incompetent management and leadership who don’t know what good looks like and can’t and won’t support - untrained staff hired purely on existing friendships - lack of professional development makes for a huge contrast in skills and capabilities within each team

      Pros

      Leadership is no nonsense and doesn't buy into the 'growth at all costs' mantra that plagues many other tech companies at our stage. The product is great and is ever evolving. No one is above pitching in to help out on projects or when issues arise. Genuinely great team. True belief in work/life balance exemplified by leadership.

      Cons

      The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.

      no management, lack of transparency from leadership. Quota completely unrealistic. No promotion opportunities.
