None that I can think of. The company really gives you everything you need to be successful

Tallience is progressive and innovative in the way that they approach Recruiting and performance management. Salespeople will not schedule a meeting for the purpose of increasing their metrics. Likewise, Recruiters will not speak to candidates for the purpose of adding a phone call to their metrics, or to trick them into providing information about a company. Value and ethics are present in everything Tallience does. Managers choose to trust by default. This puts the pressure square on your shoulders to not dissapoint! Also, you have the latest and greatest of tools available to you to help you succeed.

Tallience is a small company so there is not much name recognition yet. However, the companies that know the name think highly of it.
