Pros
Talkwalker is an interesting and strong piece of social listening software. Being able to see what's being said about companies, business or individuals online can be important to organisations.
Cons
It is however not a 'must-have' piece of software that many organisations can probably do without - particularly in the SMB space. It made selling hard, and there were limits to the newsources in particular countries and regions.
