Pros
Talkpush fosters a culture of accountability and growth. It's an incredible place to jumpstart your career/move your career forward. The culture is diverse so you get to learn about the work ethics of your colleagues in other countries, and connect with them. They know how to make you feel valued, and they reward you for the value that you bring to the team. As someone relatively young, the career opportunities that Talkpush has given me is immense. No one will coddle you or treat you any different just because you lack experience -- which I greatly appreciate. They trust their employees, and they make sure that you know you're doing a good job. What I love the most is the humility that everyone has. It's spoken, but people give credit to those who deserve credit.
Cons
No one will hold your hand at walk you through the job, unlike most companies where they have structure and protocol.. While I appreciate it as it gives you the ability to "do your own thing" or initiate your own projects -- you have to be proactive in terms of your growth within the company because otherwise, you'll be lost/stuck. It's still a smaller company so the structure changes constantly. In the year that I've been with Talkpush I've been under 5 different bosses -- so this can create a bit of confusion -- but they've since addressed this and they've given me the structure. What's good however, is that management is open to have these discussions with you and they're very willing to invest in you.
