Not good - Anonymous employee Talking Talent Employee Review

Quite insufficient and no processes. Diversity is a service offered to clients but it's not practised within the organisation. The Founder is friendly in person but rude in emails. He does not have a handle on managing staff and is afraid to have difficult conversations. Staff that do not have the knowledge get promoted because they are his favorite and have been there the longest.
