      The best pro is I feel the job is very stable. The company has paid all their employees a full salary including hourly employees during the pandemic.

      starts with about 30 days PTO/year Best health, dental, and vision insurance available for extremely cheap ($300/month for entire family) 2 breaks/day with cheap meals provided (less than $5 total/day)
