Pros
There are some of my points:
1. Good Pay.
My monthly salary is more than I earn from my day job. Perks such as monthly bonus is a plus.
2.Open communication
It is difficult to for any employee-employer to work fluidly if communication is barred. The management ensures that any concerns whether personal or job related should be relayed to them (ASAP) to avoid any inconveniences especially on the part of the student.
3. Ensures Employees Health and Welfare
This is one of the many best things I like in this company. I was on the first few hours of my shift when my daughter came up to me with allergies. I informed the management regarding the situation and immediately they cancelled my class with no penalties. They took care of informing the students while I attend to my daughter. I don't think other companies would be flexible on that part, right ACADSOC? (that will be on another review).
They also understands that there are some things that no one can control like blackout, internet problems and natural calamities like earthquake.
4. Work Balance
Since I work graveyard I can still manage to cook food and attend school functions of my kids. I get to travel with my motorcycle on weekends as husband-wife bonding.
Cons
I just had to leave the company since I need to travel to a country side with weaker connectivity and I don't want to compromise the quality of service they offer to the students.
