Been working for TalkEnglishClass for over 3 years and I can say that I am truly satisfied and happy with my job. Our manager regularly checks up on us and is very considerate with different circumstances. Pay is a lot higher compared with other ESL schools and we get regular students consistently. Being professional in this kind of job is not difficult, all you have to do is follow rules and your hard work will be reciprocated. Open communication is what makes the employee-management relationship in this company harmonious.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything as I have truly learned to love this job and company. I wouldn't have lasted 3 years if I wasn't happy. I plan to establish a career here.
