Pros

They pay you on time.

Cons

I would rather starve to death than to ever work at Talk Fusion again. Because if you work there, you're going to wish you were dead! If you're a masochist who enjoys almost daily verbal abuse, work at Talk Fusion. If you enjoy being scolded over faux crises that don't even matter, you should work there. And don't even think about being late or leaving early, unless you like being humiliated in front of your coworkers and made an example of. Work-life balance? Kiss that goodbye! And don't even try calling in sick. You literally have to show up to work ill and physically prove to them you are sick to be allowed to take the day off and avoid being verbally annihilated for calling in sick. By the way: must love dogs! Really, dogs matter more than people at Talk Fusion, and if you want to keep your job you better show them you love dogs, or else! Pay no attention to the positive reviews. They're forcefully written by employees to counter the negative ones aka the real ones. How this company is still in business with all the abuse that happens behind the scenes is a miracle of ... something!

Pros

As of my first 30 days, the owner has come across as personable, approachable, family-oriented, and genuinely passionate about Talk Fusion. The office manager has been welcoming and both team members has been helpful.

Cons

N/A It's still early to make a definitive assessment as I’m currently in the honeymoon phase. Having been employed for 30 days during the pre-launch stage, I have not yet fully engaged in the core responsibilities of the role.
