      Friendly atmosphere (WAS) Helpful Seniors (WAS) No seniors left anymore

      Cons

      The Higher management is not looking why so many people leaving organisation in short span of time . Project plan has no freezing point it can keep changing (LOL) , No training given to new joinee , Developers are poor champs , No Handover or KT for the project from previous BA .

      Pros

      They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

      Cons

      The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
