Pros
Loved connecting with regular members as opposed to one-time drop ins. Made great efforts to have company parties and celebrate their employees. Good trade perks of working in the spa. Easy going.. Good vibes.
Cons
Did not have a good system / trained front desk for checking out clients.. I always had to keep track of every sale and upgrade I made as my payroll would be short every single week. Took a lot of extra time off the clock to be doing this, where at other workplaces it was more reliable.
