Pros

The amenities and activities are fantastic. 14,000 private acres for the members, clubhouses, spas, golf course. Below the Director level, coworkers are dedicated and enjoy their work. Members themselves are on the whole great--a lot of families, a lot of athletic folks out to enjoy the Club and Park City. From an application side, the company is really looking for talent. If you have some experience, availability or training, they'd love to hear from you. Great HR staff.

Cons

It's in the hospitality industry, so expect to be working Christmas, New Year's, Valentines, Independence, etc. That's just an industry thing, not a Talisker thing. It's not the most efficient company. Changes happen extremely slowly, and usually involve a lot of politics and infighting at the Exec level. Unless you're in F&B, there's not a lot of upward mobility. If you get an entry-level position, you might be staying there a while.
