Working in a constantly changing environment, long commuting, for which they pay, mostly friendly and helpful coworkers. My manager was a truly wonderful man, he did everything he could and more to make work easier for everyone, even at the expense of his own time and pay.

Working in a constantly changing environment, no additional benefits, full-time job but working hours are almost non-limited (very often 9 - 12 hours per day, sometimes more). Poorly paid additional orders, lack of opportunities for development and promotion, very average earnings, organizational mess.

Great variet of skills and knowledge to learn. Very good place for a first IT job.

You need to ignore management attitude to employees, and focus on learning.
