      It's a good company for beginners to explore about HR, have many internal course for employees to develop their hard and soft skills. The benefits are reasonably good and sufficient for beginners.

      Cons

      Working with clients involves a demanding workload and significant pressure. KPIs are quite high and change annually.

      Pros

      Great way to get a foot in the door, but ultimately still a tossup & requires the same amount of leg-work to land a full time salaried position

      Cons

      Lots of personal risk associated with being a contractor, plus less-than-stellar benefits & a lot of guesswork involved with figuring your position within the contracted company.
