      Pros

      Flexible working - and not a culture of long hours Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Clueless and out-of-touch decision making at the top Lack of clarity about who actually leads this company - "too many chiefs" The business is going downhill with stronger competitors emerging Made a bunch of redundancies out of the blue during Covid which were very badly managed High staff turnover due to poor leadership Desperate lack of support staff (no HR, IT, admin, communications, etc)

      Covid was a difficult time for most businesses and a time where difficult and unfortunate decisions had to be made. We are a small company and may not have had the structure for specific departments in place at the time but we’ve made the necessary steps in the right direction and now have Operations, HR and IT departments. Like most businesses post Covid, we are still trying to successfully navigate our way through this new world and thankfully, still going strong.

There is also a clear emphasis on continuous learning and development, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Overall, Talentmark promotes a positive and supportive work culture, making it a fantastic place to work.
