salary package on paper. tea in the cafeteria. view from the balcony.
Cons
everything shown about salary on paper is fake. Have to wait for 2 to 3 months for getting salary. they will send you to college without giving proper training. they will sack you when they dont have projects. no job security. Worst HR policy. unworthy candidates show bossism. management doesnt know whom to give what palce. finally not recommeneded to any one.
