Pros

The WFH advantage really offered more flexibility in working hours and suitable for me, Kudos to the head of development in leading me during the internship

Cons

I left a few weeks after WFH flexibility had been taken down due to new CEO, the "office" offered is more of a classroom instead of a real working office, it doesn't feel like a workspace, more like a class. Other than that, you have to be pretty self-motivated in order to work here, it's expected that you know what you should do.

Pros

- Opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to HRMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, training, and go-live activities. - Supportive teammates who are willing to help when challenges arise. - Good environment for learning multiple roles, including project management, quality assurance, client communication, and product implementation. - Employees are given ownership and exposure to real client projects early in their tenure. - Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries.

Cons

- Following the leadership transition in 2025, there appeared to be a gap in product and industry knowledge at the executive level during the initial transition period. - Some client-facing discussions could have benefited from closer collaboration with existing product and technical leaders who possessed deeper historical and product knowledge. - The transition created uncertainty among some employees and clients regarding the company's strategic direction and product vision. - Changes in management style and working culture may not have aligned with the expectations of long-serving employees.

Pros

1. Joined in 2024 when the environment was still relatively manageable. 2. Team members were generally supportive and easy to work with. 3. The role originally offered remote work flexibility, which was one of the main reasons I accepted the position. 4. Had opportunities to join client discussions directly as a developer, which gave exposure beyond purely technical work. 5. Learned to handle multiple responsibilities and gained experience working across different areas.

Cons

Things changed significantly after the management restructuring in 2025. 1. Remote work flexibility was gradually removed, and employees were suddenly expected to come to the office regularly despite originally being hired under remote arrangements. 2. No travel allowance or transportation support was provided after the switch to office work, which increased personal expenses considerably. 3. Did not receive any increment after the first year despite taking on more responsibilities and client-facing work. 4. Salary payments were frequently delayed, creating stress and uncertainty every month. 5. Policies and expectations often changed without proper communication or discussion. 6. HR and management communication frequently felt unprofessional, dismissive, and overly aggressive instead of constructive. 7. Employees were expected to stay reachable after working hours, during leave, and sometimes even on weekends. 8. Benefits and employee welfare were almost nonexistent.
