100% remote work as freelance, company has a unique culture, second to none truly a people first company, work from anywhere you have reliable internet connection, projects in numerous languages, great online community, great and real promotion possibilities.
Cons
Working from home is not for everyone, nor is working on freelance basis, the company is still young so when the companies clients don't pay up on time, this trickles down to agent payment delays but this will not be an issue very soon as the company grows and it's financial situation becomes more stable. If you are of a 9-5 Mon-Fri office work, get paid on Friday, live from one pay check to another, this may not be for you...
