Does not act as a liaison for employees contracted with Dell. Does not facilitate feedback to Dell to address communication gaps. TalentWave contractors are treated rudely by Dell Staff and terminated by Dell if you address the unprofessionalism. Talentwave staff does not address known issues with their client Dell. Hiring process is tedious and lengthy. You train with Dell for months with no stability, constant unnecessary training, Dell Team Leads are not knowledgable which causes lengthy training.
