No micro managing, but always someone there if you need assistance Great technology and recruitment tools always have access to amazing training Staff and management are very supportive work life balance is the best part
Cons
I have been with the organization just about a year, and have had no issues or complaints with anything other than maybe just information overload in some training, but none the less great informative training.
