Best commission structure I've seen throughout my career - Rapid technology support - Ability to choose your sector of business and geographic area. No confines - Very organized pay structure. Directors put a high priority around being transparent around your hard earned money - Excellent benefits - The team is supportive, friendly and always willing to help when needed - KPI's aren't rammed down your throat. Cons

Working comes with it's challenges. It's not for everyone. You need to be motivated, organized, driven/hungry, and have the ability to 'make things happen' on your own. This isn't a con directed at TalentSphere..it's the reality of working without a team around you every day which can be tricky. In the same breath, it's one of the best experiences a mature agency recruiter can have. You learn a lot about yourself.
