      None to share horrible experience

      Cons

      They have a throw you in the water to the sharks and swim mentality. Then once you perform they rip away your commission structure. They let workplace drama be a part of everyday norms. Expect 12 hour workdays just to meet your quota

      Pros

      As a regional and privately held staffing company, TalentForce (an Employment Staffing Group company) is a great place to work. Because of its size, everyone has a "voice." Company leaders are very accessible.

      Cons

      Again, because of its size, technology can sometimes be frustrating. Offices tend to run lean, which can be stressful during clients' peak seasons.
