      Pros

      Visionary top level management and support from corporate HR and internal staff was great. Other managers were helpful . Family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Money was tight. Hard to get the numbers you needed to get workers comp ratings, kinda stingy.

      Pros

      As a regional and privately held staffing company, TalentForce (an Employment Staffing Group company) is a great place to work. Because of its size, everyone has a "voice." Company leaders are very accessible.

      Cons

      Again, because of its size, technology can sometimes be frustrating. Offices tend to run lean, which can be stressful during clients' peak seasons.
