      Pros

      We have a lot of support from upper management. They seem to care about the employees and are not afraid to pay bonuses when the branch is profitable.

      Cons

      With the current economy it is hard to find good candidates who want to go to work everyday. This makes our jobs harder.

      Pros

      As a regional and privately held staffing company, TalentForce (an Employment Staffing Group company) is a great place to work. Because of its size, everyone has a "voice." Company leaders are very accessible.

      Cons

      Again, because of its size, technology can sometimes be frustrating. Offices tend to run lean, which can be stressful during clients' peak seasons.
