Pros

No stay backs. They pay well. Working environment is different compared to other staffing companies because their expectations are low.

Cons

Only IT segment is doing good non It is very average and Pharma sucks. They keep 1 dollar GM at par with person closing High bill rate positions. They just appreciate a person with more offers even if you have a high GM compared to other guy having closure on low admin, customer service roles. You will have a chance to meet most unprofessional Hr lady and your life would be miserable.. You have to literally beg her for everything and nobody care for your sufferings. No proper process in place. It's s just what boss says becomes a rule. No hierarchy. There process is the biggest hindrance is making low TAT becauce even if you make a submittal quickly, you are not sure when would be told to submit that candidate.. May be it could be hour or sometime more. They don't trust people below them. Recruiter literally have to ask for client emails because they just authorize managers for that. No learning since hierarchy is not there so you work as an individual recruiter. No job boards available. They have good number of accounts but they have not been able to utlise their true potential. 90 percent of recruiter over there generally performs low compared to their previous organization because of their process. Too too much of politics.. Especially Hr and sometimes now i feel it is boss who encourage that because he sometimes takes wrong decesions based on one sided representation from political hegemony over there. If you are a really good recruiter and believe in your strength to grow then it is not the place for you.

Pros

They give you tips on resume, interview, and follow ups to stand out as a job candidate for any contract role they submit you for.

Cons

Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.

Pros

The team was ready to assist with onboarding and made it a smooth process once I accepted the job offer

Cons

No benefits beyond 401K (but that may be different for others depending on their contract)
